Project 01
POS-Terminal- Migration (TA7.x)
As part of TA7.x, the migration of an existing POS terminal environment was successfully planned, coordinated and implemented.
The scope of work included analysing the initial situation, managing the roll-out, ensuring technical integration and supporting the commissioning process. Thanks to structured project management and close coordination with all stakeholders, the migration was completed on schedule and with minimal disruption to day-to-day business operations.

Project 02
Introduction of the ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ (BNPL) payment method at the point of sale
As part of the project, the introduction and further development of the ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ (BNPL) payment method at the point of sale was planned, managed and successfully implemented.
The scope of work included the functional and technical design, integration into existing POS and payment processes, coordination of all stakeholders involved, and support during testing, roll-out and go-live. The aim was to provide a seamlessly integrated BNPL payment option to expand the range of payment methods and enhance the customer experience at the point of sale.

Project 03
Technical project support for the implementation of a SoftPOS solution
As part of the project, support was provided for the technical implementation and further development of a SoftPOS solution.
The scope of work included the technical design, coordination with the relevant system and solution partners, integration into existing payment and back-end systems, and support for testing, piloting and roll-out. Close technical project support ensured the secure, high-performance and seamless integration of the SoftPOS solution into the existing payment infrastructure.

Project 04
Extension of the acquiring licence and entry into international markets
As part of the project, we supported the extension of the acquiring licence for Visa and Mastercard, as well as the expansion into further European markets.
The scope of services included the specialist, regulatory and technical coordination of the licence extension, consultation with the relevant stakeholders and international partners, the implementation of regulatory and organisational requirements, and support for the market launch in the target countries. This laid the foundations for the expansion of the international acquiring business.
